Can I use my own lights or decorations?
No. We provide all materials to guarantee quality, safety, and a polished finish that meets Starlight Designs’ professional standards.
What if my chosen package doesn’t cover my full roofline?
If your roofline exceeds your selected package, we’ll contact you to offer additional footage or a higher-tier upgrade — ensuring your
display looks complete and balanced.
Do you charge extra for removal or storage?
No. Every Starlight Designs package includes both removal and storage, so your holiday décor is worry-free from start to finish.
Do I keep the decorations?
No. All decorations are leased from Starlight Desings. After removal, they will return to our ownership. We offer a zero price increase guarantee if you ask us to come back next season.
How and when do I pay?
After scheduling an install date, we will send you a secure pay portal. You pay the first half up front, which confirms the installation. After installation, we will send you another secure payment portal to pay for the second half of your total cost.

When should I book my holiday light installation?
We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date! Our installation windows are Nov 29–Dec 7,
Dec 13–14, and Dec 20–21, with limited evening availability on Dec 8, 12, 15, and 19 When you order, we reach out to confirm an install time and date.
How long does an installation take?
Most residential installs take 2–4 hours, depending on roof complexity, add-ons, and package tier.
When are lights removed?
We schedule all removals throughout January, coordinating with clients in advance for convenience.
Quality & Safety
Are your holiday lights weatherproof and energy-efficient?

What if a light goes out after installation?
If any issue occurs before December 21, we’ll come to repair or replace it promptly. After that date, we’re unable to perform
additional service calls until removal.
